We work with reliable international logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, SF Express, and Aramex to deliver your goods efficiently.
The estimated delivery time for most international destinations ranges from 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs inspection or local courier delays.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order is damaged or incomplete upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package.
Provide your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
