2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item was purchased directly from Shengke Technology Co., Ltd. (official website or authorized sales channel).

• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.

• The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (such as order number or invoice) is provided.

Products that have been used, washed, customized, or damaged due to customer misuse cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Return Process

1. Contact our support team via email at donna.shengke@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt.

2. Provide the order number, reason for return, and photos of the product and packaging.

3. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.

5. After inspection, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective or damaged product), we will cover all shipping costs.

• If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, incorrect order), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

5. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees and import duties (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your lunch box arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at donna.shengke@gmail.com with clear photos and a brief description of the issue.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email us first to confirm stock availability before sending the product back.
